You are offered a series of 1-to-1 sessions that can be in person or online. The number of sessions and treatment plan depend on the nature of the issues we'd be working through and would be decided and developed collaboratively during your therapeutic journey. You as the client remain in control at all times as autonomy during this process is important. You will have the full attention, support and expertise of the therapist during your sessions and together healing, understanding and positive change can take place. You will be offered a range of therapeutic approaches and techniques and together with your therapist the right combinations can be used to help you achieve your stated objectives - for example to feel more confident, to relate better with people, to heal after loss, to manage an addiction or process and come to terms with a traumatic experience.
The options you can choose from include Hypnotherapy, Mnemodynamics, Integral Eye Movement Therapy, EFT, Heart Brain Coherence as well as a range of psychotherapy approaches including CBT, psychdynamic, humanistic and somatic.

We run regular group workshops and programmes that can be a great option for people. The sense of shared connection in group therapy is powerful. We run groups for Depression, Anxiety, Pregnancy & Hypnobirthing, Addiction, Trauma & c-PTSD.

For some it is not practical to attend in person for a session and for others it's simply a preference to do sessions online. It is possible to have almost all forms of therapy online. If this is your preferred way to have sessions please let us know when you get in touch. It is also possible to have a combination approach with some sessions in person and others online - whatever is easiest for you and makes attending therapy simple and stress free.
