True Living Therapies provides you with a comfortable, safe and inviting space to do some wonderful, transformative work. Plenty of room to relax and a calming atmosphere to help you get the most out of your therapeutic sessions. We are in the centre of Manchester above the Royal Exchange Theatre, situated on the 3rd floor however there are lifts and the building is wheelchair accessible.
I use hypnotherapy because I believe in the power of dialoguing with your subconscious to get you the results you want faster.
If there is a significant block at the subconscious level then Mnemodynamics allows us to break through it, closing the loop and resolving whatever was holding you back from making progress.
I am trained in a variety of other therapeutic techniques including EFT, NLP, CBT as well as life coaching, nutrition and heart-brain coherence.
Using Hypnotherapy and Mnemodynamic therapy as well as CBT, NLP and other integrative therapy practices we offer effective techniques that help you to break free of limiting beliefs and reconnect your mind & body, giving you back a sense of freedom and clarity.
