Therapy can sometimes seem daunting. To support you in taking a positive step towards a better quality of life we offer a free 30 minute consultation either in person or online via Zoom. This is a chance for you to get a sense of how therapy would work, an introduction to your therapist and a chance for you to ask any questions.
As a qualified therapist I have high ethical standards and my role is to support you in your journey of discovery and reflection, with the aim of helping you achieve a more peaceful relationship with yourself, others and the world around you. Using a broad range of therapeutic techniques I offer a chance to explore why things are the way the are and support you in processing and developing new approaches that serve you better in your life.
I am integrative, which means I utilise all the therapeutic models I have been trained in to offer an adapative, tailored and collaborative approach to developing a treatment plan.
You may only want to work using one method for example just Hypnotherapy however I offer all clients the opportunity to have sessions using IEMT (integrative eye movement therapy), Mnemodynamics, Heart Brain Coherenece (a form of biofeedback), EFT (emotional freedom technique), Interpersonal Neurobiology, Polyvagal based posture work and other techniques according to what is appropriate to work effectively on the issues presented, and that you as the client feel comfortable with.
